  • We aim to get your hats to you quickly! Digital proofs are emailed within 24–48 hours, and production begins once your design is approved. Most orders ship within 12-14 days after your proof is approved, depending on your selected styles and quantities. Tracking is provided so you can follow your order every step of the way.

  • Your digital proof shows exactly how your logo will appear on your hat. Production only starts once you approve it. Slight variations may occur due to fabric or patch textures, but your hats will reflect the professional look you approved.

  • Shipping issues are rare, but if something happens, we’re here to help. Every order comes with tracking so you can see exactly where your hats are. If a shipment is lost or delayed, we’ll guide you on the next steps to resolve it quickly and get your order to you safely.

  • You’ll receive updates at every key step: proof approval, production start, and shipping. Clear communication ensures you know your order status and keeps the process smooth without adding unnecessary delays.

  • Changes or cancellations are possible before production begins. Once production starts, orders cannot be altered. If a hat arrives damaged or with a production error, we’ll work with you to provide a replacement or fair solution.
