Refund policy

At Rustic Pines Outfitters, we take great pride in each product's quality and craftsmanship. Some products are crafted from premium leather. Each leather product is unique and may have slight variations in color, grain, and other natural characteristics.

We understand that your purchase could be a significant investment, and we want you to be delighted with the products you receive. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • For bundle products, partial returns may be accepted for unused items in their original condition.
  • Because of the nature of our products, exceptions to these conditions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders that were marked as delivered by the carrier but later reported as lost or stolen, unless shipping insurance was purchased at checkout.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for orders that were marked as delivered by the carrier but later reported as lost or stolen, unless shipping insurance was purchased at the time of checkout.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

After a reasonable amount of time and you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company as there may be a delay in processing. If after following these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us for assistance in resolving the issue.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.
